Reading

When i was little and lived in arizona i would sit in a closet,on my weekends, and read for 5 hours a day. Now its a fight for me to even read a book for school. But i did find an amazing book, mainly for girls, but  i want everyone to read it. Its a quick read, only 215 pages, and trust me, you won't be able to put it down once you start.

The book started off with a girl named Lainey and a girl named Leah. Leah picked Lainey, the quite girl with no friends and this made Lainey feel super important and she felt that if she didn't do something for Leah that she would be replaced. In Lainey's house there is a special closet where Lainey and her sister kept their dolls and stuffed animals. But Leah decided to have the closet be where her and Lainey played house. But in order to play house properly they had to practice, practice for when they had boyfriends. Lainey let this go on for almost 3 years. She let herself be mentally abused by her " best friend". But after a while Leah and Lainey stopped talking, they stopped being friends.
But Leah couldn't allow that. She would constantly bring up past memories taunting Lainey saying things like " I know you liked it", "you knew what was happening"and "you wanted it" but Lainey didn't want it. Lainey started going to parties and getting drunk with her new friends, Jess and Web. But Leah would always pop up at these parties and pick on Leah as if they were little kids.
After Leah and Lainey stopped talking Leah basically went on a downward spiral soon to end in death. She drank she smoked she was in an abusive relationship, she was a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. One night, Web was hosting the final party of the year and Leah found Lainey. Lainey questions about Leah's life were finally answered.
Leah was being sexually abused by a family friend. In return she sexually abused Lainey. It was a spiral downwards. But the two girls had a secret they promised never to tell. But that night. Leah told everyone, she told them about the special closet about everything her and Lainey did to each other. And then Leah left in a drunken fit, but Lainey wanted to say one last thing to Leah, so she folowed her.But it was four in the morning and it was an unfamiliar road. But both girls are drunk, and driving 70 miles an hours down a curvy road. Thay take the first turn carefully, but Leah doesn't make the second turn. She drives straight off the road. And that dear friends is where i end and wait for to to read the book to figure out for yourselves what happens.
